Students study how dogs learn and what approach is best to take to set your dog up for success weather starting from puppy, helping with teenage shenanigans, or working with an older recue dog.
Students wanting to be a Certified Behaviour Consultant are required to complete this course first.

The DCBC program covers complex behaviour concerns such as fear, reactivity, separation concerns and aggression.

In order to apply to take the certification exam, candidates are required to have minimum 300 hours dog training experience in the past 3 years and take an exam that covers

Canine Behavior, Ethology,
Professional Skills, Ethics, and Laws & Regulations
Certificate holders are required to
keep current with education through continuing education credits or recertification every 3 years.
